The tiniest elements, including those that cannot be seen, have been technically perfected and hand-decorated to the highest standards. The Gerald Charles signature is evident not only in its singular shape but also in its attention to detail and finish. The distinctively shaped 39mm x 41.7mm Maestro case is based on Genta’s original drawing, inspired by Francesco Borromini’s Roman Baroque architecture from the 17th century. Composed of 35 components, the case is CNC-numeric machine crafted, all made one by one and then assembled into the final framework and measures just 8.7mm in thickness (or thinness). All models featured here are automatic versions, and apart from being ultra-thin, lightweight watches that sit elegantly on the wrist, they are designed to be high-performing sports watches, offering a water-resistance of up to 100m, thanks to a screw-down crown and a bespoke gasket, which ensure optimum waterproofness.
