What Makes Quartz Watches The Perfect Everyday Companion
There are a myriad of options when it comes to selecting the perfect watch. From classic mechanical watches to modern Quartz watches, the choices can be overwhelming. However, one type of watch has stood the test of time and is a popular choice for everyday use. In this section, we will explore why you should consider choosing luxury quartz watches.
1. Accuracy
Quartz watches are renowned for their high accuracy. It’s operated using a battery-powered electronic oscillator that vibrates at a precise frequency of 32768 Hz to keep time. An electric current is applied to the oscillator when a precise frequency of vibration is detected. This vibration is regulated by a quartz crystal and time is displayed on a watch display. As a result, they provide accurate timekeeping of avg. +/-1 seconds per day, making them a reliable choice for anyone that values punctuality and precision.
2. Affordability
A compelling advantage of this watch type is its affordability. Compared to mechanical watches, they use fewer components and require less intricate craftsmanship, making them a more cost-effective option. Despite their accessible price point, the quartz watch price is by no means an indicator of quality or performance. Whether you choose a classic timepiece or a high-end luxury watch, it can still have outstanding value without compromising on style or functionality.
3. Robustness
Quartz watches are engineered to withstand the test of time, boasting impressive durability and robustness. With fewer moving parts than mechanical watches, they are less susceptible to routine wear and tear. Furthermore, they are less prone to impacts or shocks that can affect the precision of their movements. Due to this robustness, they require less maintenance and minimal upkeep.
4. Convenience
Quartz watches are designed for convenience, as they require very little maintenance. Unlike mechanical watches, they do not need to be regularly wound or adjusted and can go without major servicing for years. But when it’s time to get your watch serviced, our skilled technicians at Ethos Watch Care Centre are always at your service. With our commitment to precision and quality, you can rest assured that your watch will be returned to you in pristine condition.

One of the best time piece from Rado. It boastingly combines excellent craftsmanship and conspicuous muscularity.
Thank you so much for the choices you gave me. I appreciate all the trouble you took to make sure I get the best product, service and value for money.
With a watch, one of the first thing I look at is the quality of the bracelet and the Rado bracelet is superb. The bracelet is a solid link stainless steel oyster style with half-round links. The whole bracelet is finished in a nice brushed way which contrasts nicely with the case materials. I have seen complaints about the bracelet lacking micro adjustment and this is true but you can get a clever 1/2 link which fits next to the clasp. It's not easy to fit and takes different pins and tubes but is very effective and neat when fitted. The clasp itself is signed plus has a titanium deployment. This deployment clasp has the normal opening which is locked by two levers either side of the clasp but also has a 'second' opening about 1/3 the size of the main clasp I guess to facilitate small wristed people with large hands. Its good to have one....view more

Scratch resistance comes naturally to Rado boasting of the certified hardest watch within its ranks. The Rado Integral series is special in the sense that it is famous for first introducing high-tech materials into watch making revolutionizing the industry. This time piece blends unmistakable symmetry with the guile of modern technology. The distinct edge to edge metalized sapphire crystal, two-toned case and matching bracelet form elegant parallel lines. The diamonds embellish the face giving the black dial depth, which the golden hands seem to float over. A watch to behold.

The Portofino collection like the Pilot collection is archetypical of IWC watches, albeit carrying enough old age charisma that it can single handedly make you feel like you own a yatch. This particular piece from the Portofino collection presents a different bit of class when compared to the others in the 3565 collection. With its elegant black dial and perfect black alligator leather strap, it quietly merges the quintessential Portofino essence with a dress watch persona. Its polished stainless steel case, silver-toned hands and hour indices make for a stunning visual deceptively contrasting all the black surrounding it. Everything you could ever ask from something that looks so timeless....view more

Frederique Constant
Slimline
Frederique constant is a Swiss brand headquartered at geneve. The brand is famous for its simplicity in design offered at attractive prices. The quality of the timepieces are comparable with Rado, Balmain and few others.
The slimline is the flagship series of the brand responsible for maintaining the brand image. The mother of pearl dial is a treat to eyes and every woman will fancy to own one of these for the coral like dial that displays various colours under the reflection of sunlight. The sharp pointed needles give a sharp look to the overall serene watch.the markers are laid with precious stones.but the feature worth mentioning is the moon phase indicator. The half moon shaped window beautifully depict the change of time along with change in the phases of moon from morning to night.a great novelty.the crown is modelled similar to a Cartier with a blue sapphire crystal on the crown center. Quartz movement is reliable but not the best in the class. Blue strap suits well.
Final Verdict: MOP,moon phase ,jewels are a must have for Swiss luxury watches(that's what women crave for).go for this watch if you are fond of jewellery and love to flaunt. ...view more
