Exquisite, innovative and a fresh new personality was the highlight of Carl F.Bucherer’s event at Baselworld, and in terms of watches, there’s a lot to talk about and a lot to look forward to. So without further ado, let’s see what the brand from Lucerne has in store for us this year:
1. The New Patravi Traveltec II – Now in Rose Gold
Characteristic looks, outstanding technology, and distinctive design are unmistakable features of timepieces from Carl F. Bucherer and that reputation continues with the new Patravi TravelTec II. The latest addition to the TravelTec II, which we introduced early this month, not only has the ability to display three time zones simultaneously but is also cleverly designed to suit any occasion.
2016 sees the inclusion of the best of all the Traveltec II has to offer, and additionally, now sports an elegant combination of black DLC-coated titanium and a rose gold bezel and chronograph rings. The case back sun reference dial is there too and is also done in rose-gold colour to compliment the timepiece.

2. The 2016 Patravi TravelTec Black – CFB’s dark secret revealed
Announced earlier this year, the TravelTec Black made its debut at Baselworld, gaining appreciation from one and all present. Carrying forward all the positives of its predecessor, this watch performs as it always has, only now it comes with a distinctly smart black DLC coating on the stainless steel case and bracelet. If you’re wondering what ‘DLC’ stands for, its “diamond-like carbon coating” which has the unique properties of a natural diamond which guarantees low friction, high hardness, and high corrosion resistance. Your travel watch just became more resilient.

3. The New Manero Flyback
The new Manero Flyback takes leads from the classic Manero collection in terms of looks but this time, it has something distinctly unique to offer: a completely in-house, sophisticatedly built CFB 1970 chronograph movement with a flyback function. Coming in two dial and strap options (rose gold and brown leather – stainless steel and black alligator leather), we’re sure this watch will be a treat to not just use, but have on the wrist as well.

4. The New Manero Peripheral
We’re excited to report two new’s from Carl F.Bucherer – a brand new CFB A2050 in-house movement with a central hour and minute display, small seconds at 6 o’clock and a brand new watch called the “Manero Peripheral”. The new Automatic caliber CFB A2050 Chronometer has a more than impressive power reserve of 55 hours! And is, of course, COSC certified. The Manero Peripheral has declared its arrival with six different versions and all of them are as stunning as each other.

5. The New 2016 Patravi ScubaTec
It is always something special when a watch combines high-level functionality and sporting flair. Club that with compelling clarity and timeless elegance and we get to see the new Patravi ScubaTec of 2016.
Bringing together the robustness and resistance of stainless steel and ceramic, the dial and bezel have been given an ‘unusual’ white finish this year. To compliment it, though, SuperLuminova has been applied on the bezel in pale blue and the watch will come with the highly precise CFB 1950 movement.
