Earlier in September 2024, on the 24th, at the ongoing Paris Fashion Week, musician Lenny Kravitz was seen at the Saint Laurent 2025 show, dressed in his signature black. The Jaeger-LeCoultre brand ambassador was wearing a watch from their iconic Reverso collection. A Watches and Wonders Geneva 2023 novelty, the piece he chose was the Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon. In pink gold, this Duoface reveals the tourbillon cage on both displays. While one side has clean central timekeeping, with the cage at six, the other side gives the tourbillon its own space, by pushing the timekeeping off-centre. This side also features a day-and-night indicator, which is handy if one side is being used for a secondary time zone.

Though not officially a ‘friend of the brand’ for Omega, Andrew Garfield may as well be called one. The English Oscar-nominated actor has only been wearing Omega watches during public appearances over the last couple of years. While mostly seen wearing timepieces from the dressier De Ville collection and the Seamaster Aqua Terra line, around September 2024, Garfield was spotted wearing watches from Omega’s iconic collection of chronographs, the Speedmaster. These appearances were mainly related to his upcoming film We Live in Time, including the movie’s screening at the Toronto International Film Festival 2024. One time, he was seen wearing a Speedmaster Moonwatch in Moonshine gold—Omega’s proprietary ‘yellow gold’ alloy—with a bracelet. This ‘panda’ edition was a part of the 2022 Moonwatch releases, which also included one in green and Sedna gold. At another press appearance, Garfield was wearing a ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ edition of the Speedmaster. It seems to have been an all-black version with a bi-compax dial—the black ceramic edition seen here.

At the US Open 2024, she was seen wearing a TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300. Although the Grand Slam tournament did go into September 2024, the match during which she was wearing this watch took place technically in August. With a white rubber strap and a black unidirectional-rotating dive-timer bezel on the 36mm steel case, this Aquaracer features a green dial with a wave pattern decoration, a date window at six and diamond hour markers.
