Launched in 2005, the Longines Master collection comprises some of the most elegant offerings from the brand that stand true to their tagline ‘Elegance is an attitude’. The timepieces are imbued with the watchmaking DNA of the brand, which believes in crafting classical watches that stand the test of time. They are driven by automatic movements and are suited to anyone who like value-for-money propositions when it comes to horological preferences. While the initial versions were only crafted using stainless steel, the brand gradually expanded the range by introducing precious metals like pink and yellow gold. The latest launches embody the watchmaking expertise and timeless elegance of the St.Imier-based brand that enrich the Master collection with two new models crafted in 18-karat pink or 18-karat yellow gold—each version limited to 500 pieces only.

Measuring 40mm in diameter, the case comes in a size that sits comfortably on the wrist. Both versions feature frosted silver dials, which have a distinctive, elegant finish. The watch face showcases the 24-hour scale in Arabic numerals on the rim, displayed in a manner to facilitate easy reading of the second time zone. The old-world charm of this timepiece is enhanced by a railroad minute track, which separates the Arabic numerals from the Roman hour markers.

There is a rectangular date aperture positioned at six o’clock with the numerals indicated in black against a white backdrop. The watch gets a timeless appeal, thanks to the yellow or pink gold hands…sweeping across the dial, indicating the hours, minutes, and seconds. The GMT hand is longer and is in black to complement the 24‑hourscale numerals, thus making the second time zone easier to read.
