SpotlightInspired By The Courts Of Wimbledon: Norqain Wild One Skeleton Coral And Gecko

Norqain present Wild One Skeleton Coral And Gecko watches in partnership with tennis star Stan Wawrinka at the Watches and Wonders Geneva 2024

May We Recommend

Swiss watchmaker Norqain, one of the exhibiting maisons at this year’s Watches and Wonders Geneva event, will serve up their latest innovations by joining hands with Grand Slam Tennis champion Stan Wawrinka. The Swiss professional tennis player is now the official partner and ambassador of the new Wild One Skeleton Coral and Wild One Skeleton Gecko watches. This collaboration introduces two vibrant timepieces, showcasing the perseverance of the family-owned Swiss watch brand and the sportsmanship of one of the greatest and most enduring tennis players of his era. At the upcoming French Open, Stan will wear the Wild One Skeleton Coral, inspired by the fiery red clay of Roland Garros courts. Come July, he will flaunt the Wild One Skeleton Gecko at the Wimbledon matches-inspired by the green shade that colours the iconic grass courts of the tournament. The two WWG 2024 novelties follow in the footsteps of the original Wild One Skeleton 42mm, Norqain’s highly functional sports watch with skeletonised dial and 5,000g shock resistance.

High-Concept, High-Performance: Norqain Wild One Skeleton Coral And Gecko

Norqain Wild One Skeleton Coral And Gecko feature the revolutionary Norqain case construction with a marble effect, which encases a rubber shock absorber between a top and bottom cage crafted in black Norteq-an exclusive ultra-light and ultra-robust carbon fibre composite that can be colourised. From rubber shock absorbers to minute markers, seconds hand outlines, and accents, all elements are executed in coral red or gecko green to symbolise the clay and grass courts used in professional tennis matches. Placed on top of this skeletal framework are the baton indexes and hour and minute hands; all X1 Super-LumiNova applied in matching coral red or gecko green.
