About the Louis Erard La Sportive Collection
History
Launched in 2020, the Louis Erard LaSportive collection steps into the side of sports watch. Known for its eclectic collection of watches, the brand decided to divide the chronographs into four sub-sections and limited them to just 250 units. After gaining considerable success, the brand decided to revive one section and made it a stand-alone collection in its arena.
Essence
A cocktail of both classic and contemporary, the LaSportive collection holds the youthful form with its fresh take on chronographs. These sports-oriented timepieces reflect a robust and utilitarian nature but retain the forward-approached ideation of the brand.
Features
The Louis Erard LaSportive collection is fitted with chronographs placed at 12, 6 and 9 o'clock markers. The only exception here is the LaSportive Ultima RS limited edition where the chronographs are camped at 3 and 9 o'clock. The case is made up of grade 5 titanium or bronze and contrasts between satin-finished and polished surfaces. The case is anti-allergic and anti-magnetic, a more precise and sustainable way of the process of timekeeping. All the timepieces under the Louis Erard LaSportive collection are equipped with an insert bezel featuring a tachymeter crafted in fade-resistant, scratch-resistant black ceramic to match the black minute, hours and small seconds counters.
ABOUT THE MOVEMENT
The ETA 7750, also known as the Valjoux 7750, is a popular and widely used automatic chronograph movement in the world of horology. The Valjoux 7750 is known for its reliability and robustness. It's often used in various high-end and mid-range watch brands due to its durability and accuracy. The ETA 7750 typically has a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. This means that when fully wound, the watch can continue to run for up to two days without being worn.
