Doxa debuted the groundbreaking SUB concept at Baselworld in 1967, introducing the first diver watch catering exclusively to the public market. This watch stood out with a patented rotating bezel, official no-decompression diving table, and water resistance up to 300 meters. In 1969, Doxa created the T.Graph. It was a chronograph watch that upheld all the notable elements of the iconic SUB watches while bringing exceptional chronograph functionality. On the 50th anniversary of the T-Graph, Doxa released a reissue, the SUB 200 T.Graph, first in a 13-piece gold version and later in stainless steel as a part of an exclusive 300-piece limited edition.
The re-issued T.Graph is rated for 20ATM, that is, 200 meters of water pressure, making it perfectly suitable for diving, even without locking chronograph push-pieces. The bright orange dial, protected by a scratch-resistant, non-reflective sapphire crystal, has a bicompax arrangement with sub-dials at three and nine o'clock for 30 chronograph minutes and running seconds, respectively. It also features a date window at six o'clock, baton-shaped hands, and beige-coloured “Light Old Radium” Super-LumiNova for legibility in the dark.
Modern Features
The SUB 200 T.Graph extends the original SUB concept with a chronograph function. Its patented, unidirectional rotating bezel combines a dive scale (in minutes) with a no-decompression scale (in meters), enabling divers to calculate dive times accurately. Inside the case, behind a solid steel caseback engraved with a sailboat, is the historical manual-winding Valjoux 7734 movement that powered the original T.Graph. Carefully preserved and updated with Doxa decoration, this calibre offers a 45-hour power reserve. The timepiece is securely fastened with the iconic grains-of-rice bracelet in 316L stainless steel, equipped with a folding clasp featuring the Doxa fish symbol and a diver's extension for wearing over a wetsuit. It is also available with a bold orange rubber strap.
