The Maurice Lacroix Pontos collection, introduced in 2001, has been a key part of the brand's lineup for many years. Inspired by the ancient Greek sea god Pontus, these watches focus on simple, clean designs with a modern touch. The collection started with classic round cases but later expanded to rectangular designs as well, offering more variety. Over time, the Pontos collection has grown to include more complex models, such as the Phase de Lune Décentrique and the Rectangulaire Chronograph. In 2016, day-date models were added, bringing additional functionality to the range.

For a touch of elegance, the collection offers the Day-Date and Chronograph versions rendered mostly in steel and at times in bronze. Each timepiece is water-resistant up to 100 metres apart from the Diver S, making them ideal for both daily wear and special occasions.
